The company's share is traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and is listed in its WIG 20 leading index.
history
The platform started in 1999 as Polsat 2 Cyfrowy . From 2002 to 2003 this was then called Polsat Cyfrowy , until it was renamed Cyfrowy Polsat in 2003 . Initially, the platform's offer consisted of ten Polish-language television channels, which were Polsat , Polsat 2 , TVP1 , TVP2 , Formuła 1, Dla Ciebie, Komedia, Smyk, ATV Relaks and Info Dokument.
Cyfrowy Polsat is broadcasting digitally via the Hot Bird satellite at orbit position 13 ° East. In 2015, Cyfrowy Polsat was the largest pay-TV platform in Poland with over 4.5 million subscribers and the fifth largest in Europe.
