The ING Bank Slaski (German ING Bank Silesian ) is a Polish universal bank based in Katowice .

The company's share is traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and is listed in the WIG30 index.

In the course of the privatization process, Bank Śląski was taken over by the Dutch ING Groep in 1994 . With the takeover , the bank, which offers custody and credit transactions as well as payment cards in addition to private accounts , gained access to the international data network and the largest banking system. The bank has 317 branches and 65 ING Express branches across the country.

Shareholder structure

The share capital of the company amounts to 130,100,000 zloty and the series A and 37,500,000 shares divided between 92,600,000 shares of series B with a nominal value of 1.00 zloty.
