In 2002 the first own logistics center was opened in Krotoszyn .

In 2003 the company took a stake in the meat processing company Agro Rydzyna . This had already supplied Dino with meat and sausage products . By 2010 the company expanded its branch network; At the end of the year this consisted of 111 stores. In the same year, the private equity company Enterprise Investors took a 49% stake in Dino as part of the PEF VI fund it manages .

In 2011, the legal form changed to Spółka Akcyjna , the Polish form of the stock corporation .

In 2013, another logistics center was opened in Piotrków Trybunalski , and the number of stores rose to over 300.

By the end of 2015, the branch network had been expanded to over 500 stores in twelve of the 16 Polish voivodships . In the following year a third logistics center was opened in Jastrowie .

In 2017, the company went public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange , in which the private equity investor Enterprise Investors sold all of the shares it had previously held.

A fourth distribution center was put into operation in Rzeszotary in 2018, and another one in the city of Łobez has been under construction since 2019. In 2019, the (rented) logistics center in Piotrków Trybunalski was moved to a property in Wolbórz .

In May 2020, Dino announced that the company's founder, Biernacki, is withdrawing from the management board and will henceforth act as chairman of the supervisory board .
