In 2009 the company management announced that it would build two nuclear power plants in Poland. In 2018 it was announced that the company had decided to largely withdraw from the nuclear power plant planning. Instead, the company wants to focus more on offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea. The company was involved in the Lithuanian Visaginas nuclear power plant until the end of 2011 .
