Netia SA is a listed Polish telecommunications group based in Warsaw . Netia claims to be the largest provider of telecommunications services in the country after Telekomunikacja Polska .
The company was founded in April 1999 and since 2018 has been majority owned by the Cyfrowy Polsat group, which already joined Netia as a minority investor in December 2017.
The company's share is traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and was included in the WIG 20 leading index until 2007 .
