Schironowitz (1936–1945 Grünheide ), in Polish Sieroniowice , is a Polish village in the municipality of Ujest in the Strzelce district, Opole Voivodeship . It is located in southwestern Poland about 7 kilometers north of Ujest, 8 kilometers southeast of Strzelce Opolskie, and 39 km southeast of Opole .
On August 15, 2008, a tornado swept through Schironowitz. 30 buildings were damaged in the process.
