Ganden Monastery

Dagzê (Tagtse) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Lhasa in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large community of Dêqên (德庆 镇). In 1999 it had 25,445 inhabitants.

Originally built in 1409, Ganden Monastery (Chinese 噶 丹 寺 Gadan si) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (1-108) since 1961 .
