The city district of Chengguan ("inner city", also: Thrinkönchü) is located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Lhasa . In 1999 it had 138,267 inhabitants.
Administrative structure
The municipality of Chengguan consists of six street districts and four parishes . These are:
- Road quarter Gündêling ཀུན་ བདེ་ གླིང་,公德林街道(named after the convent Kundeling Monastery )
- Street District Zhaxi གྲ་ བཞི་,扎细街道
- Jebumgang street district རྗེ་ འབུམ་ སྒང་, 吉 崩 岗 街道
- Barkor street district བར་ སྒོར་, 八廓街 道
- Gyirai Street District སྐྱིད་ རས་, 吉日 街道
- Road neighborhood Chomsigkang ཁྲོམ་ སྲིད་ ཁང་,冲赛康街道
- Road neighborhood Karma Kunzang ཀརྨ་ མ་ ཀུན་ བཟང་,嘎玛贡桑街道
- Road neighborhood Liangdao ལེང་ ཏའོ་,两岛街道
