Taishi Endō ( Japanese 遠藤 大志 Endō Taishi ; born March 31, 1980 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Endo learned to play football on the school team at Funabashi High School . He signed his first contract in 1998 with Tokyo Gas (today: FC Tokyo). The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1999 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . In 2007 he moved to the second division Montedio Yamagata . In 2008 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. In 2010 he moved to third division team Sony Sendai FC . At the end of 2011 he ended his career as a football player.
