Tatham Maree "Tamee" Harrison (born April 23, 1979 in Perth , Western Australia , Australia ) is an Austrian pop singer.

biography

Tamee Harrison grew up in a family of artists. Her English father, born in Graz , is a painter and art expert, her Viennese mother works as a manager in the arts and music sector.

In 1985 the family moved from Australia to Austria and later to England , where Tamee and her brother Terry continued their schooling. Already during her school days she appeared in shows and won numerous talent awards. After graduating from school in England, Tamee concentrated on her career as a singer and received her first recording contract with Sony Music Austria at the age of 19 . Tamee was nominated for the " Amadeus Austrian Music Award " in 2002, 2004 & 2006 .

In April 2006, Tamee performed her song "I'm Ready" in Hangzhou on one of the biggest Chinese television shows, "The World Leisure Expo".

Tamee also worked as a television presenter: At the 2006 and 2007 Opera Ball , MTV , "Dancing Stars", the "Amadeus Austrian Music Awards" and television shows in the United States such as "Mix Revolution TV", "City Sneak Peek" and "Firestone".

In 2008 Tamee got the contract with Coca Cola for the new Christmas song "A Beautiful Time".
