The Tatina River is a 38 km long right tributary of the South Fork Kuskokwim River in Alaska, USA.
The Tatina River has its origin at an altitude of about 1000 m in the glacial rim lake below the Tatina Glacier in the Kichatna Mountains , a glaciated mountain range of the southern Alaska range . The river flows mainly in a south-westerly direction through the mountains. Shortly before it flows into the South Fork Kuskokwim River, it cuts through the Teocalli Mountains . The mouth is at an altitude of 424 m . The Tatina River drains an area of about 575 km².
