Tatiana Fjodorovna Polnowa ( Russian Татьяна Фёдоровна Полнова , English transcription Tatyana Polnova ; born Зайкова - Saikowa - Zaykova ; born April 20, 1979 in Slavyansk-na-Kubani , Krasnodar region ) is a Russian pole vaulter . In 1999 and 2000 it started for Turkey under the name Tuna Köstem.

At the European Athletics Championships in Budapest in 1998, she was eliminated in qualification.

In 2003 she won the Universiade in Daegu . In 2005 she was fifth at the European Indoor Championships in Madrid and fourth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki . The following year she won bronze at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg. She finished ninth at the 2007 World Cup in Osaka and seventh at the 2009 World Cup in Berlin.
