Tatjana Trieb

Tatjana Trieb (born August 26, 1985 in Munich ) is a German actress .

At the age of seven, the daughter of a southern Italian and a German starred in a music video by the then film college Anno Saul with the singer Hubert Kah . Saul recommended her to his colleague Caroline Link , who she discovered when she was nine at a casting as the main character for her film debut Beyond Silence . Here she played the eight-year-old clarinetist Lara.

After the success of the film, she was nominated in 1997 for the Young Artist Award in the category Best Performance in a Foreign Film . Further offers were refused by her parents, only in Saul's Green Desert she stood again in front of the camera. She also took acting classes for four weeks. At the side of her film mother Martina Gedeck , she played a teenager in love, whose boyfriend, played by Robert Gwisdek , fell ill with leukemia.
