Tatiana Vladimirovna Yegorova ( Russian Татьяна Владимировна Егорова ; born March 10, 1970 in Kuibyshev ; † July 29, 2012 in Moscow ) was a Russian football player and coach .

Career

Tatiana Jegorowa played in Russia for the clubs ZSK VVS Samara , FK Lada Tolyatti and FK Rossijanka . She won the Russian championship six times and the Russian Cup three times. Between 1994 and 1996 she played for 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam in the German Bundesliga . For the Russian women's national team , she was used between 1992 and 2005 and held the office of team captain . With the Russian selection, she participated in the 1999 and 2003 World Championships and the 1997 and 2001 European Championships .

After her active career, Egorova coached the Russian club FK Rossijanka and led the club to the championship in 2010. This made her the first coach to win the Russian championship. In January 2012, she was replaced by Farid Benstiti and moved to the club's management. Tatiana Jegorova died in Moscow at the age of 42. Nothing is known about the cause of death.
