The Tatonduk River is a 110 km long right tributary of the Yukon River in the Yukon Territory (Canada) and Alaska (USA).
The Tatonduk River rises in the West Nahoni Mountains in the Yukon. It flows mainly in a southerly direction through the mountains within Canada. About 20 km from its mouth, the river turns west and crosses the border into Alaska. The confluence of the Tatonduk River with the Yukon River is 40 km above the confluence of the Nation River and 25 km north of Eagle .
