action

Chief Inspector Ernst Roiter drives his daughter Caroline to a backyard in Berlin, where the hottest club for ravers is currently located. Caroline identifies herself with “Ochse”, the bouncer , with her press badge in order to capture the mood 56 hours before the Love Parade. However, she has to leave her photo equipment behind. People are already dancing on the floors. Caroline takes hidden photos - including the delivery of white pills for cash. The scene changes with the sacking of the "Irish" after a fight over a girl. Tanja, the manager of the “Silo” club, counts large amounts of banknotes and reveals to Alex, her partner and the handler of the pills, that she no longer feels like doing the business and is planning to sell. One of the two Irish men thrown out and the girl Svenja are enjoying themselves on the roof of a high-rise building in the early morning until she suddenly grabs an iron bar and his scream can be heard. A chimney sweep hears this and sees Svenja, the girl, running away. Philipp, a DJ of the club, Alex and Ochse are producing the white pills "Berliner Weisse" with great emphasis in order to be prepared for the Love Parade. They are in the best mood for a party - especially since their competitor "Kitty" was caught.

The next morning's investigations lead Roiter and Zorowski to the scene with Tanja, Alex and the Irish because the dead man was found on the skyscraper behind the club. The autopsy confirms the iron bar as a murder weapon. Roiter found the photos of his daughter handing over the pills by chance. But as he from the past towards Alex caught , he does not take him. Zorowski can settle a dispute among the Irish during a small funeral service. Paddy is charged with killing Trevor. However, there are no fingerprints on the iron bar. Suddenly, Caroline and Svenja have to be rushed to the hospital with worrying symptoms such as dehydration and euphoria . Despite police supervision, Svenja plunges into the depths because she can no longer stand it after the events with Trevor. It goes on in rapid succession: when the pills are exchanged for 300 thousand marks between "Kitty" and Alex, "Kitty" shoots Alex down, pursues Philipp and pulls him into his jeep. He is supposed to get “Kitty” to the pills in time for the Love Parade. Equipped with it and disguised as an “ice cream shop”, he takes up a position in front of the congress hall . An amateurish effort by Roiter enables “Kitty” and Carlo to escape, during which Zorowski is fatally run into.
