The baptismal font in the Catholic Church of St-Martin in Terdeghem , a French parish in the Nord department in the Hauts-de-France region , was created in the 18th century. In 1973 the baptismal font was added to the list of listed objects ( Base Palissy ) in France as Monument historique .

The 1.58 meter high baptismal font stands on a rectangular base with a baluster made of red marble . The round basin made of gray marble has a diameter of 70 cm and has a bulge on the edge. The wrought iron lid, which is also a listed building, can be removed with a lifting device.
