Tele Top (own spelling TELE TOP ) is a Swiss regional television broadcaster based in Winterthur . The station produces a full program every day for the cantons of Zurich , Thurgau , Schaffhausen and the Fürstenland region . The program can be received via digital TV and the Internet throughout German-speaking Switzerland . Tele Top was called Winti TV until January 1, 1999 , after the city of Winterthur, from which it was broadcast at that time and where the television station was founded and started with small programs about local elections and similar programs.
On October 31, 2008, the eastern Swiss broadcaster received a broadcasting license for the cantons of Schaffhausen, Thurgau and Zurich.
