Euskal Telebista (ETB; Televisión Vasca) is the television company of Euskal Irrati Telebista (EITB; Radio Televisión Vasca), a consortium legally dependent on the Basque Parliament in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (Spain). It is a public body with the legal form of a stock corporation . Euskal Telebista currently has two main programs: ETB1, a full program in Basque that began broadcasting on December 31, 1982; and ETB2, a full program in Spanish that began airing on May 31, 1986. The head office is located in Bilbao in Edificio Bami .

In addition to the two main programs, Euskal Telebista currently operates two thematic channels: ETB3, which is designed as a program for children and young people and has been broadcast in Basque since October 10, 2008; and ETB4, with bilingual programming focused on self-produced entertainment (series, films and sports), which began broadcasting on October 29, 2014. These four programs form the DTT multiplex that ETB operates in the country of Vasco.

In addition to the Basque Country, the ETB's terrestrial signal is also transmitted through agreements in the Foral Community of Navarre . The Basque programs also reach Cantabria , La Rioja and areas of Burgos . They can also be received in the French Basque Country. The programs are broadcast by satellite and can be received free of charge. The company has a news broadcast and production center at the EITB Group's headquarters in San Mamés (Bilbao) and another production center for other programs in Miramón (San Sebastián). ETB has correspondents in Vitoria , Bayonne , Pamplona , Barcelona , Madrid , Paris , London , Berlin , New York , Jerusalem , Brussels and Beijing .
