Telly Tellz

Telly Tellz (born February 2, 1990 in Hamburg ; real name Telly Diallo ) is a German rapper from Hamburg.

biography

Telly Diallo is the son of a metalworker from the Guinean capital Conakry (West Africa) and a German economist. He grew up in a social housing block adjoining a residential area for foreigners in Sibeliusstrasse in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld . In his childhood he was constantly confronted with the conflicts between the different ethnic groups and cultural orientations in his neighborhood and therefore had to learn very early to assert himself in this environment. As a teenager, he worked as a performance-oriented basketball player for four years . More than half of the time he was part of the Hamburg selection basketball team and made a name for himself in the scene. However, he broke off his basketball career to fully devote himself to rap.

With Nate57 Diallo began rapping himself after having previously produced his own music. Shortly afterwards he published some free tracks on the internet. Through the contact with Nate57, Rattos Locos Records founder Blacky White became aware of him and signed him as a second member of Rattos Locos Records . At the end of February 2009, after a few features , he published the mixtape Verrückte Ratten with Nate57, which is available as a free download.

On November 12th 2010 Diallo published his first mixtape Mischlingskind with guest contributions from Nate57, BoZ, Reeperbahn Kareem and the former RL rapper Babacan. A video was published on sales and a split video on Mischlingskind / Hamburg was published. Diallo then worked on Nate57's debut album Stress auf'm Kiez and on his mixtape Auf der Jagd and the album Land in Sicht . He went on tour with the French rap crew Sexion d'Assaut . His debut album #JezAllesAus was released on October 31, 2014 .
