Tenderly is a pop song by Walter Lloyd Gross (* 1909, † 1967) with a text by Jack Lawrence from 1946.

The composition is originally a song in three-four time ; the theme comprises 32 bars and is in the form of the song AB'AB ". The song is interpreted at a moderately slow tempo.
