Tero Föhr (born August 1, 1980 in Hamina ) is a Finnish orienteer .

At the 2007 World Championships in Ukraine , Föhr took second place in the middle distance (6.2 km and 17 posts), behind five-time world champion Thierry Gueorgiou from France . Together with Mats Haldin and Pasi Ikonen , Föhr also finished third with the Finnish season.

In 2008 he won two world cup races over the long distance in Oslo and Sälen . In the end, he finished fourth in the overall World Cup ranking. In 2008 he also won the traditional O-rings , an annual multi-day competition in Sweden. The following year he won the bronze medal in the sprint at the World Games in Kaohsiung behind the Russian Andrei Chramow and the Swiss Daniel Hubmann . In the middle distance race he was fourth and in the mixed relay with Pasi Ikonen, Bodil Holmström and Minna Kauppi he won another medal with silver. With the Finnish men's relay, he also won the bronze medal at the 2009 World Championships in Hungary. In the period that followed, he was unable to build on the successes between 2007 and 2009.

In 2006 he won the Jukola relay race with his club Vehkalahden Veikot . In 2005, 2007 and 2008 he finished third with Vehkalahti.
