Thaíssa Barbosa Presti de Lima (born November 7, 1985 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian athlete who specializes in the sprint .

biography

Presti became the Brazilian 200 meter champion in 2007 and won the bronze medal at the South American 100 and 200 meter championships in the same year . A year later she was part of the Brazilian relay over 4 x 100 meters at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing . Together with Rosemar Maria Neto , Lucimar de Moura and Rosângela Santos she won the bronze medal. At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin , the relay, except for Rosângela Santos, who was replaced by Vanda Gomes , competed again and reached fifth place. Also at the South American Championships in 2009 she was able to win medals over 100 meters (bronze) and over 200 meters (silver).

In 2012 and 2014, Thaíssa Presti was the Brazilian champion with the 4 x 100 meter relay.

Thaíssa Presti is the daughter of the former football player José Sérgio Presti, known as Zé Sérgio .
