The Crest (English for The Summit ) is a 125 m high mountain peak at the northeast end of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises from a moraine immediately east of Lake Boeckella and 800 m south of Hut Cove in Hope Bay on the Trinity Peninsula .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it based on surveys carried out in 1945 and 1948. The descriptive name goes back to about 1945.
