The Incredible Herrengedeck was founded in 2006 from members of the band "Die EinzellerMF", which had existed since 1996 and which thus disbanded.

In 2012, the musical accompaniment of the revue theater "Zwei Krawatten" in the home port of Neukölln attracted particular attention . On April 5th, 2014, they will release their third studio album entitled Alles nur Gelaber? The audio recording as a medium for the self-reflection of the individual in late capitalist society .

The band's lyrics cover topics such as gentrification and liberal hypocrisy.
In 2018 and 2019 the band registered the May 1st demonstration in the Berlin district of Grunewald, which overtaxed the police for hours in the first year due to the high number of participants. In 2019, 7,500 people accepted the invitation to the "problem district", known as the villa district.
