The German online magazine 4Players describes The Lab as a fascinating VR tutorial that shows the impressive possibilities of virtual reality , but offers far too little substance. Hardly any of the demos contained in the game motivate more than a few minutes and overall you tried everything after a good hour. The online edition of Die Zeit also confirmed that the collection of free mini-games skillfully shows what is already possible with the HTC Vive .
