The Moldy Peaches is the eponymous debut album of the anti-folk band The Moldy Peaches . It was mostly recorded in a basement in Port Townsend , Washington and released in 2001. The album has the obscure quality of having been released in the US on September 11, 2001 , the day of the World Trade Center attacks, and happens to contain the song "NYC's Like a Graveyard" (in German: New York is like a Graveyard).
The song "Anyone Else But You" was used in the Academy Award winning film Juno . The film and soundtrack also include a version sung by the two main characters in the film, Ellen Page and Michael Cera .
