The W’s is a Christian ska and swing band . The group was founded in September 1997 in the US Corvallis , Oregon and broke up in 2000 again.
Band history
The band followed the success of Christian bands like the OC Supertones and Five Iron Frenzy . In their first year (1997) they signed a contract with the Five Minute Walk label , on which they released their first album in 1998. Her most famous song was The Devil Is Bad .
The band was very successful for a while, selling more than 200,000 records. With the end of the swing revival at the end of the 1990s, the W's came to an end. They brought out a second record with Trouble With X , but the planned third album was never realized.
