Theodor Endter

Theodor Clemens Endter (born April 6, 1895 in Munich ; † September 28, 1976 ) was a German lawyer and bank manager.

Career

After graduating from the Wilhelmsgymnasium in Munich in 1914 , Endter studied at the University of Munich and received his doctorate in 1922 at the University of Würzburg with the thesis “The preliminary contract in today's law” . In 1926 he joined the Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank . There he became a deputy board member in 1930 and was promoted to full board member in 1940.

In addition, he was chairman of the supervisory board of the pension and death fund for civil servants and employees of the Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechselbank and Wallbergbahn AG .

He was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Aenania Munich since 1914 and of the KDStV Trifels Munich from 1922.
