Theodor Wulf

Theodor Wulf (born July 28, 1868 in Hamm , † June 19, 1946 in Hallenberg ) was a German physicist and Jesuit .

Life

In addition to theological and philosophical studies, he studied physics at the University of Göttingen from 1901 to 1904 . In Valkenburg aan de Geul he taught physics from 1904 to 1914 and from 1918 to 1935. He was interested in physical measurements in the atmosphere. In 1910 he took measurements of the radiation in the atmosphere at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. He published several monographs.

Wulf worked as a Jesuit in the administration of the Low German province of his order and 1938–1942 provincial of this province.
