Thomas Kenner
Thomas Kenner (born September 29, 1932 in Vienna ; † December 22, 2018 in Graz ) was an Austrian doctor and university professor .
Life
After studying internal medicine and experimental pathology (in Vienna ), physiology (in Munich and Erlangen ), and biomedical engineering (in Charlottesville , USA) in 1956 at the University of Vienna, Kenner became a Dr. med. PhD.
In 1972 he became head of the Physiological Institute at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz, and from 1989 to 1991 he was also the rector.
Kenner strongly opposed the Germanic New Medicine .
Kenner was married and had two sons and a daughter with his wife Brigitte.
