Thomas Krisp (born September 25, 1961 in Aachen ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Krisp comes from the youth department of Alemannia Aachen and started his professional career there in the 2nd Bundesliga . He made his first game on May 7, 1983 against SC Freiburg . After he was only used twice in his first season, he became a regular player. He scored the only goal of his professional time on April 7, 1984 for a 1-0 win against SC Charlottenburg .

Finally, Borussia Mönchengladbach became aware of him and he moved to Borussia in the Bundesliga in 1984 . Krisp made his first Bundesliga game on August 24, 1984, the first matchday of the season, against FC Schalke 04 . In four years he played 56 times in the Bundesliga. There were also ten appearances in the UEFA Cup and two in the DFB Cup .

After a season at Türk Gücü Munich , he returned to Alemannia Aachen in 1989 and played again in the 2nd Bundesliga in 1989/90 . After the Aacheners relegated to the amateur camp, Krisp moved to SC Viktoria Köln for two years and then returned to Alemannia. There he played in the upper and regional leagues until 1996. In 1996 he moved to Rhenania Würselen ; with the club he rose in 1997 to the Oberliga Nordrhein.

Krisp's father Herbert Krisp also played for Alemannia and was with the team in the 1965 DFB Cup final .
