Thomas Løvold (born January 27, 1982 ) is a Norwegian curler .

At the 2009 European Curling Championships in Aberdeen , Løvold was an alternate in the team with Skip Thomas Ulsrud , Third Torger Nergård , Second Christoffer Svae , Lead Håvard Vad Petersson and won the bronze medal. The team was the first to complete the Round Robin, but then lost the page playoff game against Sweden and the semi-final against Scotland.

With the same team he won the silver medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver . In the semifinals they defeated the Swiss team around Skip Markus Eggler 7: 5. In the final, however, they were defeated by the Canadian team with Skip Kevin Martin 3: 6.

In 2010 he won after a bronze medal at the 2009 World Cup with the team skipped by Torger Nergård in third place, after the team had to admit defeat to the Canadian team by Kevin Koe in the final .

At the European Championships in 2011 he won the gold medal with Thomas Ulsrud's team. At the European Championships 2012 , the Norwegian team was able to move into the final again with Løvold as a substitute. The title defense failed, however, as Niklas Edin's Swedish team won 8: 5.
