Thomas Weber (musician)

Thomas Weber (* 1969 in Karlsruhe ) is a German musician, producer, composer and founder of the Kammerflimmer Kollektief . He lives in Karlsruhe and Tangier . Weber works mainly in acoustic and electronic contexts. He also creates radio plays and film music.

In 1996 Weber founded the music project "Kammerflimmer Kollektief", whose music ranges between sound experiments, jazz , electronics and improvising psychedelic rock and has so far been released on twelve albums on international labels. In addition, Thomas Weber u. a. together with Dietmar Dath in the formation "The Schwarzenbach" and works regularly for the radio play department of Südwestrundfunk .

In 2015 Weber received a scholarship at the Goethe-Institut Villa Kamogawa in Kyoto.
