occupation

Thunder III is the second sequel to the action film Thunder , which was again made with the largely same team. The German-language premiere of the Fabrizio De Angelis production was on February 25, 1988 on video.

action

Thunder is still trying to lead a peaceful family life on his ancestral land. But corruption and violence are still present, mostly in the form of police-supported injustices. When Thunder rebels, his wife Sheena is kidnapped. This time he fights against mercenaries under the leadership of Colonel Magnum, who has become almost insane from the war. Since the sheriff of the area is hesitant, Thunder has to rely on the support of his friend Little Crow alone to take action against the criminals. Once again he emerges victorious in the end.

criticism

This is a “brutal action film without directorial skills”, judges the lexicon of the international film , and Roberto Poppi adds that in the infusion of the original, which has come down to serial production, this time the Karate Kid is messed up in addition to the endlessly repeated routines . The routine of the director and the good photography alone are worth a positive mention.

Remarks

The last part of the series contains ideas from the producer and director's multi-part Karate Warrior series that began last year .
