Tiago Rocha (born October 17, 1985 in São Paio de Oleiros ) is a Portuguese handball player .

Career

The 1.96 m tall and 104 kg heavy cyclist played for FC Porto in the Portuguese Andebol 1 from 2004 . With the record champions he won the championship in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and the cup in 2006 and 2007. Internationally, he played in the EHF Cup 2004/05, 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12, in the EHF Europe Cup 2012/13 and in the EHF Champions League 2013/14. In the summer of 2014 he switched to Polish runner-up Wisła Płock . For the 2017/18 season he moved to Sporting Lisbon . With Sporting he won the Portuguese championship in 2018.

Tiago Rocha has played 132 international matches for the Portuguese national team .
