Tilman Döbler (* 2006 ) is a German child actor and voice actor . He is the recipient of the Grimme Prize (2018).

Career

Tilman played in a private theater group as a young child and was involved in a film production by university students. He made his debut in 2016 as Finn Rosinski in the TV film Wir sind die Rosinskis . In the same year he took on the leading role in the music video for the title Immun by the musician Romano , at whose side he had already played in Wir sind die Rosinskis . In the international co-production Überflieger - Kleine Vögel, Großes Geklapper (English: Richard the Stork ), Döbler spoke the German voice of the protagonist Richard in 2017 .

In 2016 he played the boy Pete in Bernadette Knoller's debut feature film "Ferien".

In 2017 he starred alongside Valentin Wessely (* 2005) in the role of Fred Ernst in the multi-award-winning television film Zuckersand by screenwriter and director Dirk Kummer . Together with Wessely, he received the 2018 Grimme Prize on behalf of the entire cast ensemble . The weekly newspaper Die Zeit acknowledged his acting performance as follows:

“The acting performance of Tilman Döbler as Fred cannot be appreciated enough. He embodies how children were confronted with the political system every day without understanding it. "

For the film Ballon (2018) Döbler worked with the Munich producer and director Michael "Bully" Herbig .
