Tim Wendel (born January 12, 1989 in Moers ) is a German football player who plays for Wuppertaler SV .

Career

Wendel first played in the youth division for OSC Rheinhausen , TV Asberg and MSV Duisburg , before joining the youth team at Schalke 04 in 2007 . There he also had his first appearances in adult football in the second team. After holding positions at 1. FC Kaiserslautern (second team), Hannover 96 (also second team) and TSV Havelse , he moved to Sportfreunde Lotte in the Regionalliga West in July 2013. With these he was promoted to the third division at the end of the 2015/16 season . In summer 2020 he switched to Wuppertaler SV .
