The Tirich Mir West IV is a sub-peak of the Tirich Mir in the Hindu Kush in Pakistan .

The Tirich Mir West IV has a height of 7338  m . It is located 3 km northwest of the main summit. The peaks Tirich Mir West III and Tirich Mir West II are on the same ridge . The Tirich Mir West IV was first climbed in 1967 by the Austrian Kurt Diemberger with the German Dietmar Proske over the difficult north face. Further ascents took place in 1976 and 1977 over the southwest face. Another peak ascent in 1979 led over the saddle between Tirich Mir West III and Tirich Mir West IV.
