André "Titi" Buengo (born February 11, 1980 in Luanda ) is a former Angolan football player . The striker was part of the Angolan national team at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

Buengo was born in Angola and came to France as a child. From 2001 to 2012 he played for eight different clubs in the French second division, interrupted by a six-month engagement with the Swiss first division club Neuchatel Xamax in 2005 and a few months in the third division with ES Troyes AC 2009. In the years 2008 to 2010 the Strikers place themselves among the top ten goalscorers in the league with more than ten goals this season. Between 2013 and 2014 Buengo was under contract with the Greek second division team Olympiakos Volos and the Malaysian second division team Penang FA . In 2016 he played a league game for the now third-class SC Amiens, where he had already played from 2006 to 2008.
National team
Buengo took part in the 2006 World Cup shortly after making his debut for the Angolan national team. He stayed at the tournament without a commitment and his team was eliminated after the preliminary round. In total, he played seven international matches until 2010 without scoring a goal.
