Titular diocese of Hieron
Hieron ( Italian : Geron ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a former diocese of the ancient and Byzantine city of the same name in the Asia Minor region of Caria in the southwest of today's Turkey , which belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Stauropolis .
