Titular diocese of Mentesa
Mentesa is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishopric in the city of Mentesa Bastia (today La Guardia de Jaén in Andalusia), which was in the Roman province of Tarraconensis or Carthaginiensis in late antiquity . The bishopric belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Toledo .
