Titular Archdiocese of Verissa
The Archdiocese of Verissa ( Latin Archidioecesis Verissensis ) is a titular archbishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese in the Roman province of Cappadocia or in late antiquity Armenia minor in what is now eastern Turkey . The diocese belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Melitene .
