Titus Kwemoi Masai
Titus Kwemoi Masai (born October 9, 1989 in Mount Elgon District ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner .
In 2009 he won the Nice Half Marathon , came second in the Udine Half Marathon and fifth in the Delhi Half Marathon . The following year he was third in the RAK half marathon and sixth in the World Half Marathon Championships in Nanning .
