Tobias Öller (born June 21, 1974 in Tegernsee , Upper Bavaria ) is a German cabaret artist , stage artist, musician and author.

Life

Tobias Öller graduated from high school in Tegernsee and began studying political science at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , which he completed without a degree. With the punk 'n' roll band Gob Cookies he released the LP Great White World in 1999 .

In 2006 he performed his solo program Waiting for Sezuan - Word Sonata for Nihilist and Noagerlzuzler . This was followed by the programs Chateau Rouge or The Failure of the Revolution (2008) and Play Me a Song of the Snow - a Christmas Western (2008).

In 2009 he wrote the script for the short film Calamari Blues . In this banker comedy held in Bavarian dialect (premiere 2011), which was shown at the Independent Days International Film Festival in Karlsruhe, he also plays the role of bank clerk Julius Beugsam.

From 2010 to 2012 Öller performed together with actress Christine Eixenberger as the cabaret duo Öller & Eixenberger with the overtime program . For his stage partner, he then wrote the solo programs Ballkontakt - A player woman unpacks ( 2012) and Learning Harassment (2015). In the production Drei Kritische (2012), Öller and Christine Eixenberger appeared together with the cabaret artist Franziska Wanninger .

In 2011, Öller's play Der Fall Dracula premiered as a live radio play. His crime play "Seifenoper" (commissioned work for the Fools Theater Holzkirchen ) was performed in 2012 and 2013 as a crime dinner. In 2012 he wrote and designed the comedy Ox vorm Berg for the Wirtshaus im Schlachthof in Munich , which tells the grotesque career of an unknown painter to become an international star.

In 2013, Öller produced the cabaret format Radio Rustikal in collaboration with Cabaret des Grauens in Burghausen . The media satire combines cabaret and music in a fictional radio broadcast. In the same year, Öllers founded the formation Ciao Weiß-Blau with Erich Kogler and Wolfgang Hierl.
