Tobias Kurbjuweit (born December 30, 1982 in Jena ) is a former German soccer player and today's coach .

Athletic career

Club career

Kurbjuweit began playing football at FC Carl Zeiss Jena . The midfielder , who has not played with any club for more than two seasons during his professional career, was under contract with the regional division Chemnitzer FC in the second half of the 2010/11 season , but was not extended beyond that. In September 2011, the BFC Dynamo signed him . He ended his career after the 2011/12 season.

Coaching career

For the 2012/13 season Kurbjuweit was Andreas Thom's assistant coach for the B1 Juniors (U17) from Hertha BSC , which played in the B Junior Bundesliga . For the 2013/14 season he was initially Jörg Schwanke's assistant coach for the second team at Hertha BSC, but in November 2013 he switched to the position of assistant coach for the A-Juniors (U19) playing in the A-Juniors Bundesliga. , in which he assisted Michael Hartmann .
