Tollendorf is a district of the municipality of Göhrde in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
geography
The place is one kilometer north of Metzingen , the seat of the municipality.
history
For the year 1848 it is stated that Tollendorf had eleven residential buildings in which 63 residents lived. At the time the place was parish to Hitzacker , the school was in Bredenbock . On December 1, 1910, Tollendorf had 112 inhabitants as an independent municipality in the Dannenberg district . On July 1, 1972, the previously independent municipality was incorporated into the municipality of Metzingen, which was renamed the municipality of Göhrde on January 29, 1976.
Economy and Infrastructure
The publisher anti atom aktuell is located in the village and publishes a nationwide magazine for the anti-atom movement.
