meaning

With his conscious departure from the Bauhaus and the establishment of a modern basic apprenticeship for the HfG Ulm, Maldonado came up with a concept that is still valid today as the "ulmer model" and is used in the main at numerous universities around the world for the training of industrial designers. Maldonado stands for the scientification of education, especially at the HfG, with teaching in subjects such as semiotics and philosophy of science .
