Tom Douglas

Tom Douglas is a country musician and songwriter . Douglas has been nominated for an Oscar , Golden Globe Award and multiple Grammy Awards.

Life

Douglas is from Atlanta and was musically inspired by his father. After graduating from college, Douglas first tried various career paths. In 1994 he attended a songwriting seminar in Austin, Texas , where he met Paul Worley , to whom he gave demo tapes of some songs. Among other things, Little Rock . He got a contract with Sony / ATV. Little Rock , sung by Collin Raye , reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and was his breakthrough. From now on he worked as a songwriter. He later moved to Nashville with his family.
