Toni-Luisa Reinemann (born May 31, 2001 in Helmstedt ) is a German handball player who belongs to the squad of the German national beach handball team.

Career

Indoor handball

Reinemann started playing handball at MTV Warberg . In 2014 the back player moved to JSG Wey / Ta / Fall , from which JSG Allertal emerged a year later . With the C-youth of the JSG Allertal , she became Lower Saxony Vice-Champion in 2016. At the final tournament she was elected to the All-Star team. Then Reinemann joined VfL Oldenburg , where she played in the B-youth from now on. Later, the Lower Saxon player played at VfL in the A-Jugend Bundesliga and with the 2nd team in the 3rd division .

When VfL Oldenburg's first women's team was unable to play due to injuries at the start of the 2019/20 season , Reinemann was appointed to the squad for the first time at the Bundesliga opener against Borussia Dortmund . A week later she scored her first two Bundesliga goals against Thuringian HC . Since according to the statutes of the Bundesliga, adult players without a contract may only be used four times in a season, Reinemann signed a professional contract valid until the end of the season in October 2019.

Beach handball

Toni-Luisa Reinemann plays for the Beach Chiller team . At the 2018 German beach handball championship, she was named the best attacking player of the tournament. In the same year Reinemann took part with the German U18 national team in the U18 beach handball European championship, where she won the bronze medal with Germany. Reinemann is now playing for the German national beach handball team, with which she took part in the Beach Handball Euro 2019 . In this tournament she was the most successful scorer of the German team with 62 points.
